Referrals from Health Professionals

Health Professionals often request the assistance of an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to provide exercise and lifestyle interventions for patients that have
complex of multiple medical or musculoskeletal requirements or the presence of co-morbidities with a risk of an acute event.

Initial Assessment

All patients undergo a comprehensive musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory and behavioural change assessment.

Testing protocols are chosen and tailored to suit individuals' conditions, required outcomes and limitations.
